The Collections Organization is seeking a Collections Analyst who will contribute to the achievement of the company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate will thrive as a collaborative member of a dynamic and close-knit team, bringing a proactive and flexible approach to their work. The individual should possess the ability to adapt to an evolving work environment where assignments and priorities may shift frequently. This position is 100% remote nationwide.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice and project collections, executing individual plans to maximize revenue for the company.
• Effectively multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting the company’s financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of business-related experience OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (no prior experience required).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with systems such as Costpoint, FUSION, Hyperion, DFAS, MOCAS, My Invoice, or other government payment software suites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).
• A background in accounts receivable and/or government contracts is considered an asset.
